Q. Where/How can I view my result?

You can view your results in the student's Zone. On the dashboard, on the right side of the student's details, an option of E-Marksheet is available. On clicking, the semester-wise E-grade card is visible.




Q. I have missed my last semester's exams and I don’t know the exam code. How can I appear for the exam?

The courses and the respective course code is available on the website www.Eduzina.com. You may also refer to the semester-wise course details in your My course section in your dashboard. You can access the same on the E-grade card also




Q. When will the admit cards be generated and how will I get the admit card?

The Admit Card is usually generated from the 2nd week of May for the Jan-June session and from the 2nd week of November for the July-December session. It is open till the last week of May and November respectively. Students are instructed to book their Admit Card within the defined timeline. The admit card generation link will be made available during the above-mentioned period in the students portal. The admit card generation video link and the user manual will also be available with steps to be followed for Admit Card Generation and you will also receive notification about the same through the student's portal as well as through E-Mail.

 

Q. Can I appear in both the Semester-I & Semester-II examinations simultaneously?

Yes, the student can appear for backlog papers along with the current semester paper.




Q. How can I obtain the examination date sheet?

The examination date sheet will be available on the student's portal and the student can view the same.

 

 Q. How can I fill out the re-examination form?

There is no such provision to fill the re-examination form, but the student may make the payment for the re-examination of the respective subjects under the online payment option.

 

Q. What are the examination pattern and examination structures?

The examination will be conducted online, generally objective type / descriptive.

Q. What is the procedure to appear for Re-exam?

The student has to visit the online payment option in the student's portal, make the necessary payment against the desired subject. The subject will open for admit card generation and the student can book the same and appear for the examination.



Q. Can I request for rechecking of examination papers?

There is no such provision of rechecking/re-evaluation of the answer script.



Q. What will happen if the assignments are not submitted and the student appears for the exams.

The student will be marked as "AB" in the internal component, irrespective of the fact that the student has secured the minimum passing criteria of 30% in the external component, the students will still be graded as "F".



Q. How is the examination fee?

The examination fee is 25 USD per Semester.

Q. When are examinations held?

The examinations are conducted twice a year, i.e. in the month of “June” and “December”. 




Q. What is the criterion for passing a program?

Passing Criteria for Programmes:

For Post Graduate:

To qualify in a semester a student has to obtain a minimum 5.0 Semester Grade Point Average (SGPA) and to qualify in the program, a student has to obtain a minimum 6.0 Cumulative Grade Points Average (CGPA).

For Under Graduate:

To qualify in a semester a learner has to obtain a minimum 4.5 Semester Grade Point Average (SGPA) and to qualify in the program, a learner has to obtain a minimum 5.0 Cumulative Grade Points Average (CGPA).

Q. Will I be promoted to the next semester if I fail in the previous semester?

Yes. You can enroll yourself for the next semester even if you have failed in the previous semester. You can reappear in the failed exam during the next end-term examination or in supplementary exams if announced. However, the program is however required to be completed within the prescribed period. 



Q. What is the difference between examination fees & re-examination fees?

The examination fee is charged from a student when a student is attending for exam first time and a re-examination fee is charged from a student who failed or reapplying for the exam again.

Fees for Re-examination - 10 USD per subject

Fees for first-time examination- 20 per Semester

Q. When the re-examination results are declared?

Re-examination results are declared in the month of August.
