The certificate course in Dental Ethics and Jurisprudence offered by JSSAHER is the first and only program in dental law and ethics in India dedicated to dental professionals

This program is aimed at providing an understanding of the many laws at the national, state, and local levels that control the practice of dentistry and the dentist; creating necessary awareness of legal liabilities in dentistry and its practice, and introducing the learners to the linkages between the field of law and dentistry to assist in making informed, legally sound decisions and developing more ethical healthcare policies in their dental practice

ISO 9001:2008 Certification - The JSS College of Pharmacy, Mysuru , JSS College of Pharmacy, Ooty and JSS Dental College and Hospital, Mysuru certified with ISO 2001:2008 for their quality management system. JSS Medical College Mysuru is approved by DSIR as a research facility.

The Executive Committee of the Karnataka State Higher Education Council, Department of Higher Education, Government of Karnataka on the recommendation of the duly appointed agency ICARE RATINGS has rated JSS AHER, Mysore as a four-star institution with a Score of 711 out of 1000 in the category of YOUNG University on the basis of comprehensive performance metrics as set out in the Karnataka State Universities Rating Framework (KSURF) on the 31st of March 2017.
